New Client Request

You can view my availability and book an appointment for a 55-60 minute Individual Session or 15 minute Consultation at the links below. 

If you are a new client you MUST request an appointment at least 3-4 days in advance of the appointment date to allow for time to get your billing set up. Please also fill out the above form so that I can load you into HelloAlma or Sondermind based on your insurance/private pay needs. Please be sure to watch you email for an email from one of these sites to fill in your insurance or payment information, again this MUST be completed in enough time for your insurance to be verified.

Please keep to our agreed upon scheduling--weekly, biweekly, or monthly--unless there is a reason for an earlier appointment. Remember in a crisis situation to use 988.
