Communication
I tend to check my messages Monday-Friday between 8am and 8pm CDT, as well as sporadically on the weekends. I always try to respond within 24 hours. Sometimes it may take me longer to reply due to seeing other clients or other professional/personal duties, I appreciate your patience at these times and will try to communicate with you when I know I will be unavailable for an extended period for some reason.
Emails, phone calls, and text messages are not HIPAA compliant or encrypted therefore it is my policy not to discuss confidential information in emails, phone calls, and text messages.
Cancelation Policy
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelations with less than 24 hours notice may charge up to the full price of the session. The first cancelation can be waived or refunded if you reach out to me.
